A romance. A tragedy. “Letters to Annabelle” follows a Canadian soldier’s desperate search for the love that kept him alive in the trenches. But are some truths best left undiscovered? An immersive world premiere by Panfish New Play Contest winner, and Dora Award Nominee Stephen Joffe. Featuring Kyle Bailey from CBC’s Heartland, MyTheatre and Dora Award nominee Anne van Leeuwen, and performances from Toronto’s burlesque community. This prohibition-era story asks if some lies are worth telling; after all, the truth can be a deadly thing.
